In Pacific Islands Forum Report in this month we hear about the upcoming review of the Pacific Regional Digital Strategy.

The Digital Strategy which is aimed at bridging the communication gap between the urban and rural areas in the Pacific was implemented four years ago. It was endorsed by Forum Leaders at their annual meeting in Papua New Guinea.

We also hear about the process involved in the PACER Plus negotiations over the next twelve months. Trade ministers recently discussed the framework for this new regional trade and economic agreement.
