Air Vanuatu has reportedly announced it has resumed normal services to Norsup after a week of disrupted flights.

Flights to one of Vanuatu's main tourist attractions, the island of Malekula, had been put on hold because of differences between landowners and airline staff.

Radio Vanuatu reports the decision to resume services came after mediation with all stakeholders, chaired by the Minister for Public Utilities

Air Vanuatu's General Manager has said previously the airline will cancel flights to any other destination if a similar situation arises
